Return & refund policy
Our products are all customized by customers, and we do not accept unreasonable returns and refunds. Unless the products were found to collide during transportation and result in damage when customers received them. Any intentional damages will not be compensated by us. Customers must provide relevant pictures or video proofs before we can approve the return and refund services requests. We will bear postage costs for returns.
If customer requests a refund and claims that she/he didn't receive the product but the delivery status showed it was delivered, we do not make a refund for this situation. We will provide the order tracking number and delivery status of the shipment if needed. Otherwise, please wait for a few days and the shipment will get to you. Please consider the transportation under holidays and bad weather.
